Building Information Modelling
Digital twins and BIM workflows connecting design data with live building and city operations.
Overview
BIM data is usually born in design and then abandoned at handover. We connect it to what happens next: sensors, energy meters, maintenance records and city-scale models, so the model keeps describing the building while it is in use.
This work grew out of our European urban regeneration projects, where building and district models had to be combined with live measurement data to prove that an intervention actually worked.
What you get
- A model that stays useful after handover
- Design intent measurable against real operating data
- Open, portable IFC-based data instead of a vendor lock-in
What we build
Digital twins
Live models fed by sensor and BMS data, aligned with the as-built geometry.
IFC pipelines
Extraction, validation and enrichment of open BIM data across disciplines.
Urban scale
District and city models combining buildings, mobility and energy layers.
Analytics integration
BIM data joined to the ARIBA platform so it can be queried alongside operational streams.
